The supplier is obligated to maintain records of chemicals, particularly the data on the identity of individual chemicals, distributers and/or downstream users and quantities of delivered chemicals, as well as on total quantities of chemicals sold to consumers within a calendar year.
Biocidal products
Prior to their placement on the market of the Republic of Serbia, biocidal products must be registered in the Interim Biocidal Product List for the purpose of submitting a technical file.
